Deodorant

In the past I have used roll on, stick and aerosol deodorants and anti-perspirants all coming in difficult to dispose of packaging. I decided to search out alternatives and was excited to find stick deodorants that are like traditional ones however the bonus is the packaging is recyclable or compostable cardboard.

Your nature’ (70ml) and ‘Kutis’ (55g) have been my two favourites. They both go on well, have nice fragrances and seem to work well for me. As they are deodorants they do not prevent sweating just protect against unpleasant odours. They are vegan products, made in the UK with natural ingredients. Both contain Sodium Bicarbonate which can cause irritation for some people but I have not experienced this.

If you do find that you are unable to use products with Sodium Bicarbonate, there are other natural alternatives too. For example, ‘The Natural Deodorant Co’ produce a Sodium Bicarbonate Free Deodorant Cream (I haven't tried this as I do not have any issues with using Sodium Bicarbonate) .

You can find the Kutis natural deodorant at Parapura . Use the code 'Gemma10'* and recieve a 10% discount across the site.
